We’ve worked hard to ensure the World Trails Conference 2026 offers exceptional value — delivering a world-class experience at the most accessible rates possible.

As a not-for-profit event hosted by Outdoors WA in partnership with the World Trails Network, our goal is to make this global gathering affordable for everyone — from trail professionals and tourism leaders to volunteers, community advocates, and students.

Conference registration rates have been subsidised through government and industry support, ensuring delegates can enjoy high-quality sessions, cultural experiences, and networking opportunities without the premium price tag.

Your registration includes full access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, workshops, and social events — plus daily catering and a few uniquely Western Australian touches along the way.

Early Bird pricing offers the best available rate, rewarding those who plan ahead. Once the Early Bird period closes, Standard registration rates will apply.

For international attendees we’ve added Pre-release Registration as an added incentive to travel to Perth, which also aligns with the cheapest time to book international flights.
