Kings Park’s expansive bushland, towering eucalyptus trees and seasonal wildflowers provide the ideal environment to breathe deeply, restore balance, and cultivate inner calm.
About the Experience
This Forest Bathing Experience is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with both your surroundings and your inner self. Guided by a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, you’ll be led through a mindful journey that encourages noticing, sensing, and simply “being” in nature. With unhurried walking, quiet reflection, and intentional sensory exploration, participants often report feeling renewed clarity, groundedness, and a deeper appreciation for the living world around them.

Program Outline
8:00am – 11:00am
Begin your morning in Kings Park, one of Perth’s most cherished natural spaces. Your guide will welcome you and lead you into a series of sensory-based mindfulness exercises designed to slow the mind and deepen your relationship with nature. The experience unfolds at a gentle pace, with opportunities to pause, notice the sounds and scents of the bush, and immerse yourself in the moment.
The session concludes with shared conversation, reflection, and a calming herbal tea, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to move back into your day with renewed clarity and peace.
