Yes, all speakers, sponsors and attendees must register for the Conference. If you are not registered, you will not be allowed into the conference or exhibition area.

We encourage people to register early to take advantage of the Early Bird pricing and because we expect this event to sell out.

World Trails Conference 2026 will be held from 20 – 22 October 2026 at the Pan Pacific Perth.

Yes, a link to book discounted accommodation at the Pan Pacific will be available for attendees and included in the confirmation email.

No, the World Trails Conference is an in person only event.

You are more than welcome to attend WTC2026 as a group, however for privacy and compliance reasons all attendees (even those attending from the same organisation) must complete their own registration form. This means that there are no group bookings or group payments available.

The standard ticket cost per attendee would have been $1,800 however this has been generously subsidised because we don’t want ticket price to be an inhibitor for attendance, as such no further discounts will be available.

Conference tickets can be paid with credit card only.

E-mail the Conference organisers directly at to let them know as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend so that they can cancel your registration and refund your ticket cost (if applicable).
