Hotel

The conference will take place at Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre, where delegate rooms are also available at a conference rate. This hotel offers modern accommodations, a new club lounge, an on-site pool and fitness centre, and is centrally located at 101 Lyon Street North, Ottawa.

Travel to Ottawa

Details and restrictions:

  • Valid for trips between September 27 and October 6, 2024, for travel to and from Ottawa, Ontario.
  • Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking.
  • One complimentary stopover is allowed at no additional charge.
  • For travel on all fare plans in Business class, the first stopover is allowed at no additional charge, provided that this stopover takes place in Toronto, Montréal or Ottawa only.

Arrival

All Attendees: Plan to arrive at the hotel before 9:00 am EST on Monday, September 30th. We highly recommend arriving the day prior. We suggest scheduling your return flight after 8:00 pm EST to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion at 5:00 pm EST on October 3.
